1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a tournament on Agni Battle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Tournament Rules
We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating.
- No hacking, scripting, or using third-party tools to gain an advantage.
- For AgniPlay arcade games, the use of click-bots, memory editors, or modifying local browser storage to fake high scores is strictly prohibited and will result in a leaderboard ban.
- No teaming (teaming up with opponents) in solo/squad matches.
- Players must use their registered In-Game ID.
- Only registered players can play the tournament matches and non of the unregistered players will be allowed to play tournament matches.
3. Payments, Wallet Credits & Refund Policy
All payments made on Agni Battle are participation-related fees used for tournament organization, verification, moderation, infrastructure, and prize distribution.
Wallet top-ups and tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued if:
- A tournament is cancelled by Agni Battle.
- A verified payment is not credited due to a platform error.
No refunds will be issued for disqualifications, rule violations, incorrect submissions, Defeat of player or user error.
All disputes must be raised within a reasonable time through official support channels. Agni Battle’s decision in such matters shall be final.
4. Wallet & Virtual Currency (Agni Coins – AC)
Agni Battle provides a virtual credit system for the purpose of tournament registration and platform participation. Agni Coins (AC) are virtual credits used solely within the Agni Battle platform.
Agni Coins (AC) have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any real-world currency.
AC balances are issued only after successful verification of payments by platform administrators. Agni Battle reserves the right to delay, reject, or adjust or revoke virtual credits in cases of invalid payment, duplicate submissions, or suspected abuse.
5. Manual Payment Verification
Payments made via UPI are subject to manual verification by Agni Battle administrators. Users are required to submit accurate transaction details, including UTR numbers and payment proof.
Submission of incorrect, forged, or reused payment details may result in rejection of wallet credit and suspension of the user account.
6. Skill-Based Competition Declaration
Agni Battle is a skill-based esports tournament platform. All match outcomes are determined solely by player skill, strategy, reaction time, and in-game decision-making. No part of the platform involves chance, randomness, betting, or wagering.
7. User Conduct
We reserve the right to ban any user who uses abusive language, harasses other players, or attempts to sabotage the platform.
8. No Gambling Policy
Agni Battle does not provide gambling, betting, lottery, casino-style games, or games of chance.
Users do not place bets against other users or the platform.
Agni Battle operates purely as a competitive esports tournament organizer.
9. Game Affiliation & Trademark Disclaimer
Agni Battle eSports is an independent, community-driven tournament organizer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Garena International or any of its subsidiaries.
Free Fire and Free Fire MAX are registered trademarks of Garena International. All game names, trademarks, and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
Agni Battle operates solely as a local tournament coordination platform and does not claim ownership of any game-related intellectual property.
However, original HTML5 arcade games hosted under the "AgniPlay" section (such as "Don't Touch Red!") are the exclusive property of Agni Battle eSports.
10. Age & Responsibility
Participation is subject to the age requirements of the respective game.Younger (16-18 years old) users are advised to participate under parental guidance.
Agni Battle promotes fair play, sportsmanship, and responsible gaming.
11. Merchandise & Armory Section
The Armory section is intended for the future sale of general gaming merchandise such as accessories, apparel, and peripherals. Agni Battle does not sell or distribute in-game items, skins, currencies, or digital assets belonging to any game publisher.
12. Authentication Services
Authentication services are provided by Google Firebase Authentication and are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
13. Additional Technical Data
We may automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, browser information, IP address, and authentication metadata for security, fraud prevention, and platform integrity. This data is processed via Google Firebase.
14. Limitation of Liability
Agni Battle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to payment delays, wallet balance discrepancies, or tournament outcomes.
Users acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.
Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
To organize tournaments, we collect:
- Email Address (for login and notifications).
- In-Game ID (UID) and In-Game Name.
- Payment Proofs (Screenshots/UTR numbers).
- Arcade Data: For AgniPlay mini-games, we may store your local high scores, game progression, and virtual arcade coin balances.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely for:
- Verifying your identity for tournaments.
- Distributing prizes to winners.
- Displaying your name on the Leaderboard.
3. Data Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Users may request deletion of their data by contacting support.
4. Payment Data Retention
Payment-related information such as UTR numbers and payment screenshots is retained only for the duration necessary to verify transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with platform security requirements. Such data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted periodically.
